Bugatti is actually made by volkswagen now.Japan has the most luxurious cars, along with excellent fuel economy. Lexus ftw.

I will choose Germany because of the BMWS

I'd go with Germany, because MB, BMW are excellent cars, with great history. Jaguar for example doesn't make very reliable cars, Italian cars aren't really luxurious, more like sports cars. USA, well, can't really compete with European luxury. Japan, although makes Lexus is relatively new and doesn't have much history in making luxury cars. Volvo is more practical than luxurious and very focused on safety. Bugatti is German-English, so France is out of the question.

Japan has the best track record for best resale.Go drive the Acura RL.

I'll go with the United Kingdom: love the Rolls and Jaguar.
