If you want on the strip, try mid-week. Most rooms are under $100 depending on what is going on during that week as far as conventions and what not. Off of the strip, try the Orleans, Green Valley Ranch, Sunset Station, they are all in close proximity to the strip. The valley isnt that big, so no matter where you stay off the strip, its a short drive. I worked at the Mirage so I am biased to the MGM properties. Circus Circus is cheap, but old. Imperial Palace is old and wreaks of stale cigarrettes and so does The Tropicana. If you have no preference, try Hotwire and take a gamble. lol its Vegas isnt it? Hotels.com is another good source to try and you can atleast see what you are getting first. Also check the websites of several of them and there is a calendar for each month with their daily rates all at once so you will know what you are to expect. Good luck! |
